Checklists are extremely handy in AutoTask. They keep people on task and guide them through next steps, while avoiding impact to the client by having them in Notes.

This is critical for moving most our our engineers to Inbox. It is also making it impossible to work on long term tickets in Inbox. Imagine a ticket with multiple phases or items that need to get done. We utilize Autotask checklist to have a central "remember to do these things before closing the ticket" area in the ticket that can dynamically update or change.
A simple implementation for this could be to have a special message in the thread that uses markdown checkboxes to replicate the checklist and then allows you to edit it / check the check boxes
