We have alert banners setup in Autotask. We need a good way to setup alert banners in Inbox.

Would like the AI agents to have memory persistence among a users prior requests. I could see how having it even across an entire org could cause problems if a customer has business units that are not privileged to the issues of others. But the agent seeing past ticket history and weighing that may be helpful to spot or address recurring problems, might even be nice for the LLM to flag recurring issues within a clients responses.

We use duo for push notifications and authenication codes and want to be able to use that with the desktop app for inbox.

Reminder Agent to recognize and account for holidays—preventing reminders to be sent during those hours/days.

Title says it all. Multiple requests from our clients for a search bar in the messenger app so they can locate specific issues in both active and done if they have a sizable issue volume.

Current timeout message length limits inhibit the inclusion of detailed instructions or information. By increasing the character limit, more comprehensive guidance and instructions can be provided to users during timeout scenarios. Benefits: Enhanced capability to convey additional context or information critical to user support. Empower users with more robust guidance, reducing follow-up inquiries and streamlining support processes.

instead of having the user ask to talk to a live agent, there should be an optional button to connect to a live agent.

Triage Agent to recognize and account for holidays, making sure the Triage Agent responds accordingly if out of office hours or user's submit requests during holidays.

Photos should sync periodically from M365, not just on the initial pull. This would help with new employees. We also need to be able to prevent employees from setting their own photos.

Right now, Reminder Agent doesn't distinguish between OOO auto-replies and actual responses.
