Closing a ticket in Autotask does not close it in Inbox

- A client reaches out via chat.
 - We work on the issue and close the ticket on Autotask (it converts from a chat to remote/ email support in many cases).
 - We close the ticket on AT (mark it complete). But Thread still shows it open and not syncing that ticket status. We have to close/ mark it complete again on Thread.

This issue is now fully resolved: We successfully rebuilt our Autotask integration from the ground up which means that this bug, along with similar ones, is now resolved.
Autotask integration partners should now feel a faster, more responsive, and less buggy Inboxing experience with Thread.
