Yes, since Threads has combo'd the Company selection with the Contact Owner, When I want to change from Jim to Dale as the Contact Owner I have to dig through 16,000 contacts instead of 10.

Bringing some light to this one as a dispatcher the contacts aspect are difficult to primarily work out of threads only and I have to flip back to PSA (or contacts page) just to more easily figure out the last name of a person to then go back to threads to get it
