Not sure if a bug or a configuration thing? But these timer are all from tickets that closed a long time ago. I don't always use the timer functionally, and have it set to autostart on reply (which by the way also feels counterintuitive to me, as I'd rather it start when I change the Status or open it for the first time, then _after_ I replied, but that's subjective). So somehow I have all these timers left over, some were even still running!
