During automated triage, Thread's Magic AI should predict expected labor hours based on ticket context and write that estimate to the ConnectWise Manage Budget Hours field and/or internal ticket notes, enabling Service Coordinators to dispatch and schedule tickets more efficiently.

Budgets would be helpful. I need some why to see when people are spending 3 hours on a 15 minute task. i.e. if you're not using the automation I'd rather catch it at 9:15 in the morning than 2PM after the time is gone.
