Ability to disable Magic Agent for specific contacts at a client

Shawn Cannon-Williams from Attentus Technologies would like the option to turn off Magic Agent for specific contacts within a client, rather than only at the client-wide level. This would help MSPs tailor automation and communication to fit unique client workflows and avoid unnecessary agent actions for certain users. Please add Shawn's vote to this feature request.

We have a handful of users who do not want to have interaction with the Bot. Typically these users are IT staff and don't need troubleshooting steps.
Can we get an option to turn the Bot off for specific contact types?
