Currently, Threads only allows reassigning the contact for a ticket, but not the client/company. In our PSA, we can reassign a ticket from a 'catchall' client to the correct client, and it automatically defaults to the primary contact for that account. This feature would help dispatchers efficiently correct tickets that come in under 'catchall' without needing to memorize or search for every primary contact. It would streamline the workflow and reduce friction for teams handling ticket triage and assignment.
