With the info we have in our RMM and documentation tool we have little use for PSA configurations and ours is an inaccurate mess. There really needs to be a way for messenger to simply pull the system name and have that displayed as "this computer" at the top of the selection list when initiating a thread session.

This would be great to have. While this default feature is great in practice, the reality is that our configs are not very clean and accurately associated with our contacts and that can create a less than ideal experience for the end user.
