As an Inbox user, I'd like to know when an outbound message sent to a contact was sent from Inbox, from the PSA, or from some other source (ex: Email). This helps me better understand the context of a response.

Some users prefer communicating via email instead of using instant messaging, so having an indicator to confirm a message was sent as an email would be helpful to keep track of how a message was sent
