Partner is attempting to connect their NinjaOne instance via API to Super Magic (Thread Inbox Connectors). Their instance uses the fed.ninjarmm.com domain, which is the federal/CMMC-compliant NinjaOne domain. The current integration only allows ninjaone.com and ninjarmm.com domains, causing the connection to fail. Partner is requesting that fed.ninjarmm.com be added to the supported domain allowlist so that CMMC-compliant organizations can successfully integrate NinjaOne with Thread.
