Add Limiter to Prevent Unnecessary Ticket Reprocessing for Historical/Closed Tickets

When merging users or updating contact associations in Autotask, the “last modified” date of historical tickets gets updated—even if the ticket is already in a closed or completed state. The Thread integration sees this updated date as a trigger to reprocess the ticket and may execute automations or workflows unnecessarily, creating operational issues and confusion. The request is to add a global limiter (e.g., a date filter or status filter) so Thread ignores updates for tickets that were closed before a defined date or have been in a completed state for a set period.
Benefits:
- Prevents unwanted workflow executions and automations on archived/completed tickets
- Improves the accuracy of SLAs, reports, and integrations
- Simplifies onboarding/migration by allowing exclusion of legacy tickets from processing
