Please add the option to auto-expand the Thread ticket window in Thread Inbox when first clicking on it. We have gotten request to enable this option in preferences as a lot of our techicians after they click on a ticket want to work on it right away with it expanded instead of then having to go to click the arrows to expand the ticket window.
