Unable to add resource as Hard \ Soft \ Remote \ Onsite —whereas you are able to do this in ConnectWise Manage.

This is critical to our work flow for tech knowing if they must work the ticket at this time and if they need to be onsite or remote. If we cannot set those status from Inbox the planner is useless.
