Users need the ability to mark themselves as done on a ticket within Thread Inbox, similar to the resource section in ConnectWise PSA. This would allow individual engineers to indicate their work is complete without changing the overall ticket status for everyone. The goal is to ensure tickets stop showing as assigned to them in ConnectWise once they finish their part, improving workflow clarity and assignment accuracy.
