We have 2 additional "waiting" statuses. One is "Waiting on Vendor" and another is "Client Hold" (something not project-worthy that is pending a longer-wait - like waiting for something else to occur before we can proceed). It would be great to have a reminder agent key off different statuses like these with reminders that would go out less frequently. Waiting on vendor could be every X amount of days up to Y reminders, with a similar setup for other waiting status types. In essence, key off the status and let us build / add reminder agents where we can specify the time between messages and when the final prompt should go out.
