Enable end users interacting with the AI Teams bot to ask questions and receive tailored answers sourced from Thread's built-in knowledge base or externally synced documentation (e.g., IT Glue, SharePoint). Similar to how the triage AI queries a knowledge base to provide relevant responses, this would bring the same capability to end users directly within the Teams bot or chat interface, reducing ticket volume and improving self-service resolution. A combination of Magic Agents, Flows, and API/webhook integrations could potentially support this, but a native implementation within the Teams bot would make it significantly more powerful and accessible for end users.
