Users need the ability to unbundle child tickets directly within Thread Inbox when those ticket relationships were created in ConnectWise Manage. Currently, bundled child tickets created in ConnectWise do not properly sync back to Thread, preventing users from removing or reorganizing ticket relationships in Thread itself. The request includes fixing inconsistent bundle synchronization and ensuring users can both link and unlink child tickets reliably across Thread and ConnectWise without needing manual workarounds in the PSA.
