Auto Add New Threads to "Thread" Section in Teams

Teams now has Sections. On the client side it would be great to be able to auto add new Threads to a Thread section in Teams. Users with a lot of tickets are saying their teams are crowded and hard to use for other purposes.

Would like it if all the Chats created via the Teams app appear in a separate section of the chat part of Teams, so they don't crowd users' non-support messages, especially for our POCs, as we may have many tickets open at once.
