Auto-Assign First Ticket Responder in Slack Companion App

Currently, when a technician replies to a new ticket from the Slack Companion app, the system does not automatically assign them as the ticket owner. In contrast, replying from the Inbox does trigger auto-assignment. This feature request proposes that the Slack Companion app should mirror the Inbox behavior.
