Auto-Assign Ticket Work Role by Support Level

Add functionality in ConnectWise PSA to automatically assign the appropriate Work Role (e.g., L1 Support, L2 Support, Project Manager) based on the required level of support or effort indicated in the ticket details. This feature would go beyond the current categorization by Type, Subtype, and Item, allowing more precise routing and handling of tickets. It should be able to analyze ticket content or match to pre-defined templates, and optionally update custom fields for greater flexibility and integration with existing workflows.
