Auto categorization upon resolution of request

We set this up with Flows a few weeks ago. Our reporting on the back end of tickets has improved. No more wondering whether "I can't print" is a computer, server, or printer hardware issue.

Hi Eric! You can do that now using Flows. Please set up a flow that looks at the appropriate boards / queues and status and then under Actions >> Actions >> Magic >> Auto Categorization
