Currently, auto-categorization does not trigger unless an external note is present, which prevents proper categorization for workflows that intentionally avoid external comments to clients. This enhancement would allow categorization logic to run regardless of whether notes are internal or external, ensuring consistent automation across all ticket sources and aligning with customer expectations for the feature.
