Auto Dispatcher: Child ticket exclusion + advanced filtering and scoring

Auto Dispatcher currently has no way to exclude child (bundled/merged) tickets from the dispatch queue. Child tickets get picked up alongside parent tickets, which makes Auto Dispatcher unusable for teams that rely on parent/child ticket structures.
Two scenarios where this causes problems:
A parent ticket gets dispatched to a tech. The child ticket enters the same queue and gets dispatched too — now two techs are working what’s effectively one issue.
Child tickets inflate the queue and throw off prioritization, so techs end up working lower-priority noise instead of real tickets.
Beyond child ticket exclusion, a few additions would make Auto Dispatcher significantly more powerful:
Child ticket exclusion — the blocker. Bundled and merged child threads should never enter the dispatch queue.
Priority filtering — only dispatch tickets at or above a set priority level.
Client/company filtering — dispatch by specific clients, not just company type.
Deeper scoring controls — keyword weighting, sentiment, ticket age, VIP contact flagging.
Scheduled recurring runs — automatically re-run dispatch every X minutes to catch new tickets entering the queue.
