Teams Service App sign-in process should be easier

During outreach to our clients about Thread - some users mentioned that they can't use the app. Upon inquiring, we found out they couldn't get past sign in in the Teams app, because the authentication pop up wasnt showing. As a result, the user gets stuck and isn't able to use Messenger.
