Autotask insight should include voice recording

AT insight should include a button to get to the voice recording. I think there should also be an internal note posted by the agent that there was a voice recording on the ticket so that users from the AT side are not effectively loosing out on possible information if they don't have access to thread.

You can now access the voice recording now by clicking the link in the call summary :)

This is possible with the PSA note toggle in the general settings. We send an AI summary and a link to the recording and transcript.
