Connectwise PSA has this as well. We need a Banner to pop an alert in Thread Inbox if one is configured in the PSA

Would love the same for Service Alerts in ConnectWise.

This is really important for us also. I know it can be synced with the API so please consider adding this to the inbox UI so techs can see those when they open a thread
