Hi Everyone!
We have now made this live in Slack! When you type on a ticket thread or channel, it automatically creates a note in Connectwise. If you add !send or a rocket emoji it will created as an external note for the client!

Hi Everyone, We have the ability to save internal notes from Slack & Teams now. Slack is instant and Teams is once a night, but we will be increasing it.
We are currently working on flagging Notes as external notes now as well, and should have that completed by early January!
