The current link method here: https://docs.getthread.com/article/qm22nc384k-add-chat-now-button-email is inefficient and filled with friction for end users. Ideally, it would be a link pointing directly to the ticket number to rejoin the existing thread. If it needs re-authentication that's fine, but take me straight to the ticket - single URL parameter - [ticketId] or [srnumber] etc.
