We just did have this issue yesterday where an approver submitted a ticket from a larger company and then the triage agent looped in 5 other people on something that was within the purview of that departments approver who was the ticket contact. This creates extra noise when the agent doesn't recognize that the ticket contact is in fact already an approver. In thinking about this it may be best to leave this function as-is but we may need some kind of control over how this operates maybe even by company ideally.
