Partner is requesting the ability to have call recordings generated by Thread's Voice AI automatically pushed as attachments to the corresponding ticket in HaloPSA. Currently, call recordings are only accessible within the Thread Inbox and are not synced to HaloPSA. Partner would like either a native setting or integration option to enable this functionality, improving accessibility and record-keeping within their PSA workflow.
