It would be really nice if the VoiceAI could be provided some kind of canonical knowledge document that contained commonly asked things of the VoiceAI that are not really in general intelligence. For instance maybe a list of our office locations and hours, or key staff names, could really be anything just a giant reference doc would be wonderful that would allow it to respond with specific company related questions.
