we need Client AI license status per company (ai_license true/false).

Admin has GET /api/v1/licenses/clients, but Thread MCP doesn’t expose it — search_clients has no license fields.

Can you add something like list_client_licenses to the MCP so we can pull Yes/No per client without scraping Admin?
