Let us assign colours to ticket statuses, and then show those colours on the status tags that are shown in Inbox. Screenshot attached.

We use Client Types to signify all kinds of different things about clients, such as VIP, 24x7 Support or T&M. In CW we get the Orange Banner, so would like to see something similar or the ability to highlight information about clients.

All statuses are shown as the same color. If it were possible to change the color depending on the status, it would be much easier to tell what state a thread is in at a glance. If possible, it could be nice (as an option) to be able to change the white bar to the left of a thread to the same color as the status as well.
As an option, being able to sync the colors with other programs just as Autotask would be nice as well.

I agree. We should be able to set the colors of each status flag. Would make it so much easier to see.
