Configurable Status Visibility for Clients on Service Tickets

We need the ability to select which statuses are visible and which are hidden from clients on service tickets in Inbox. Ideally, the system would display a visible status to the client until another visible status is set, ensuring clients only see statuses we choose. This would allow us to use internal statuses for automation without confusing clients, while maintaining clear communication on ticket progress.
