ConnectWise Pod Usage Analytics by Technician

As a Service Desk Manager, I need visibility into which technicians are using Thread's ConnectWise pods and which aren't, so I can target coaching and ensure full team adoption. We've enabled pods in our ConnectWise tenant to keep technicians working inside Thread while handling tickets, but there's currently no way to measure adoption at the technician level.
Requesting an Analytics view that includes:
- A per-technician breakdown showing who is using the pods and who isn't
- Basic activity counts per technician (e.g. pod opens/interactions) over a selectable date range
- A clear active vs. inactive distinction so non-adopters surface at a glance
- On-demand export for follow-up purposes
The goal is a simple adoption picture: a manager should be able to open this report and immediately see who to follow up with.
