Enable Thread to import and assign ConnectWise teams, such as Tier 1 and Tier 2, directly from within Thread tickets. This feature should allow full integration of ConnectWise team structures into Thread, including proper mapping to service boards, automatic team assignment, and support for ConnectWise round-robin workflows. Currently, Resource Teams in Thread act only as a filter or grouping value and require manual assignment in ConnectWise. The requested enhancement would provide true team assignment functionality and eliminate errors related to missing or unmapped teams.
