Holidays have just been released and that was a great improvement. One thing that came to mind while setting it up is that i have to choose a full day.

It would be great to be able to use this feature for our All hands meeting which is only 2-4 hours. Another use case, a company in the north that has a late start due to a snow storm.

Specific request details:

Update the custom holidays to have a Start date and time / Stop day and time
