Customizable Ticket Title Visibility in Messenger for Clients

Partners want the ability to customize what clients see as the ticket title in Thread Messenger. This includes: (1) the option to hide the ticket title entirely from the client's chat view, and (2) the ability to set a separate client-facing title independent of the internal ConnectWise ticket summary, with support for custom title generation controls. Currently, the internal ticket title (pulled from ConnectWise) is displayed to the client at the top of the Messenger chat thread, which can expose internal naming conventions or unformatted summaries to end users.
