As the number of open Super Chats grows, it becomes increasingly difficult to navigate between tickets and locate previous chat context. All Super Chat titles currently default to the initial question or task, making them repetitive and hard to distinguish. The partner is requesting one or both of the following improvements: (1) Allow Super Chat titles to be customized or automatically prefixed with the associated ticket number so chats are easier to identify at a glance. (2) Anchor a Super Chat to its originating ticket so that revisiting the ticket automatically surfaces the associated chat, preserving context without needing to start a new chat and lose prior conversation history.
