Delay Assistive AI Email Responses by 10 Minutes

We would like the ability to introduce a 10-minute delay before Assistive AI sends its initial and any follow-up responses to EMAIL tickets only. This would help improve workflow by preventing instant replies, which can feel too aggressive for email-based communication. No delay is needed for other ticket types.

I agree, it should be a configurable option. It can also allow for thread to expose a smarter LLM for emails which can tolerate more latency
