Need the ability to edit or delete internal notes or replies from within Thread. Right now, if someone deletes a note in the PSA, it doesn’t reflect in Thread Inbox—which ends up confusing the techs since the info still shows up there.

Had no idea the webhook didn't update back to the Inbox version from PSA for deleted notes. Definitely needs sorted out.

Be sure we can control this by Member though. Similar to security role in CW PSA. All, My, None. Map it to what a Member can or can't do in PSA, or let us build new Roles in Thread for members. I don't want an entry level tech being able to delete/edit any notes that aren't their own for example.

Yes. This would be a huge change. There is a way to edit time entries within Thread, which will be reflected in the PSA, but it will not update the inbox on thread no matter what

Yes, bumping this feature request. The way it is setup now you cannot retract potentially sensitive information if it is sent in error
