When an intent is triggered (e.g., Employee Onboarding), the bot currently only prompts for fields marked as Required. Partners would like the bot to also surface optional fields after required fields are collected, in a "Did you forget anything?" style prompt. This would reduce incomplete onboarding tickets and improve the end-user experience by making it easier to provide additional context without missing optional but useful information.
