Enhanced Customization Options for Support Buttons on Thread Teams Messenger Landing Page

It would be great to have more flexibility in customizing the support buttons on the Thread Teams Messenger app’s landing page. Being able to change the button text, colors, icons, and layout would help MSPs better align the experience with their branding and workflows.
In particular, it would be helpful to have the option to remove or duplicate the existing support buttons — for example, to make the “New Ticket” button more prominent or place it on both sides of the layout.
Right now, when the screen splits, the “New Ticket” button disappears, which makes it less visible for users.

Rename the CloudRadial tab in Teams Service app

Cloudradial allows us to whitelabel the portal so our customers only know CloudRadial by our custom name. However, the tab name for the cloudradial app in the Teams service app is just called "CloudRadial", we'd like to customize the name of this tab to help with customer adoption.
