Users would like message and note bubbles in Thread Inbox to expand to fill the full width of the conversation pane, rather than the current sizing which leaves significant empty whitespace. The current layout feels cramped and harder to read, especially for longer messages. ConnectWise Manage's note display was referenced as a good example. This would improve readability and make better use of available screen space.
