We have several co managed clients and clients with strong internal IT support. Their IT staff gets frustrated when the bot messages them with things they already have done and know.
We would like the option to exclude certain users from the bot.
In the current sate we add ALWAYS Escalate tickets where the Contact is Kurt Beard to a technician in our custom rules and that takes up too many characters.
