We need the ability to create flows that filter based on the actual thread owner or initiator, not just any tagged contact. This would allow us to accurately flag or take actions only when a thread is opened by an unauthorized user, improving workflow accuracy and reducing false positives. This feature would greatly enhance our ability to automate ticket handling and ensure only true unauthorized requests are flagged.
