We'd like to be able to add a trigger filter for 'Entered By' (e.g. who created the ticket). 
We want to create a flow that only triggers for tickets created by a specific API member.
Clarify what you mean by client company- we'd want to use this enhancement for all our customers.

a. Instead of creating extensive workarounds that overcomplicate the flow process, adding that attribute would allow normal exclusions to any flow by the person or API member creating the ticket. For example, a specialized dispatcher or an API member that generates tickets.

b. This specifically incorporates exclusions by the person creating the ticket to bypass the Flow.
