I fully support this feature request. The current volume of email notifications in ConnectWise, especially those triggered by a user's own responses, creates unnecessary clutter and reduces the overall effectiveness of communication. Introducing more granular control over email notifications would significantly improve the user experience. Specifically, the ability to suppress notifications for self-generated responses and to customize notification preferences through a user-friendly interface would be a valuable enhancement.
