Have Assistive AI look at custom fields in HaloPSA on ticket creation

We use HaloPSA for our customer portal where users can submit forms to create specific tickets (like new employee requests, etc). Many of these forms save data to a custom field, which is accessible in the "Additional Fields" tab in the ticket. But currently Thread does not look at those, so they don't affect the generated title, category, prioritization, etc. Would be nice to have that.
